Watch my YouTube video I took today, performing 180 bodyweight squats for the squat challenge I am partaking in. I hope all of you enjoy it, sorry for the visuals, I always try different filters and some work well and some suck – I like doing trials runs to see what I like best (sometimes I don’t use filters at all). Know that my feet are shoulder width apart and I am going 90 degrees or lower during the movement. I am going at a faster rate, but that doesn’t mean you would need to, take your time and go through the movement with the proper form/technique. Also, don’t make light of my wonderful leggings, I kind of threw something on and went with it.
