The Cramm Award.

Thank you PoojaG for nominating me for this award and giving me more work to do on a Monday, love it 😀 but seriously, so happy, it will be my first time doing this one and her first time as well, so go check her page out and find out what she had written down! 😀

The Cramm Award was created by Liv, the owner of theCramm, an awesome blog, visit it here to see the rest for yourself, you’ll not regret it.

  2. Share 3 things that motivate you to blog and share 3 people that motivate you to blog as well
  3. Share one thing you hope to do that will improve the world.

My Blogging Motivators

  • Things:

Other people’s blogs, how far they have come and how it paid off.

When people tell me that my writing/videos have inspired them in some way

Knowing that I have been blogging for almost 2 years and how much my own work has paid off, and the opportunities I was given.

  • People:

The ones who have started from the bottom to make a name for themselves – gained success and have created a slight possibility of change in the world.

Me. I have to have my own source of motivation for my writing because I have learned when relying on others to keep me motivated – when they give up, I want to give up to.. and so I decided I have to do this for me.

Blog Followers/Social media Followers/YouTube subscribers – all of you give me something to work towards.

My World Improving Action:

I am not sure what the big scheme of things I want to do for the world, I just have dreams that create small ideas that will hopefully become my reality.  People always say they want to change the world for the better and being something positive for others to look up to BUT I don’t want people to look up to me, because I don’t want to be anyone’s role model, I just want to be a reason behind someone’s good day, someone’s extra boost of confidence, someone’s friend when they are friendless, someones’ help when they need it, someone’s reason to keep going when shit gets tough, because with the world the way it is sometimes.. I have to believe everyone at some point in their life needs a someone who can be one of those things.

Challenging Question

I received none and I don’t really want to ask my nominees one as the rules of the award (2 and 3) already pose very interesting and reflectional requirements.

Hello! College graduate in exercise science and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. My blog has all kinds of fun topics, something for everyone who is anyone that involves themselves with fitness. I like to think of fitness as a confidence booster, something to make us feel good and look good & pushes us to do things that make us feel more productive, unstoppable and stronger mentally and physically. My blog focuses on building people, and helping people see their true potential, while also sharing my journey with workouts, competing with powerlifting, and sharing how to's on workouts, so you step inside the gym with more knowledge. I don't know everything but I am on a voyage to build my character, my strength and work on my weaknesses --- with awesome people in my corner who support me and my goals. I plan on being your cheerleader, friend, coach and trainer all-in-one and most of all, I want to be your listener, the person who can listen and gain more knowledge about you and learn what makes fitness important to you; what's your why! (Your why will carry you to the finish line). It's important to have purpose for something, because you will need that purpose when you start to give up on yourself or want to quit. "Don't let the fire that guides you, dim" - Shay-lon Besides the fitness stuff, I reside in Ohio, love dogs and love pizza. Typical 26 year old trying to build an empire that brings out the best in others and makes me the best person I can be in all aspects in my life. Before I die, I want a reason to live, and I was given that reason each day I am able to wake up --- I have learned to not take life for granted and to explore as much as possible because to live with zero regrets would be fantastic! 2. Yay Shay-lon you did the award! You know I love giving you lots of work to do and making sure you never get any sleep 😜
I totally get the role model thing because I would be terrified to be anyone’s role model but I would love to inspire others and bring some light into someone’s life!

    1. Yes, we all know this out, the truth is out and so people will see that you are just outright giving me random assignments for your own satisfaction .
Yes, I want to be inspirational but I don’t feel the need to be a role model for anyone because we are different and unique and my choices haven’t always been the right ones, I want people to write their own path.
