Going to be gone this weekend :D

Alright lovely blogger friends,

I am going to be gone all weekend, so I might be back Sunday night or Monday Morning, just saying that I won’t be blogging this weekend (which is technically normal) and I apologize I have been away for three days. I have tons of packing to do tonight because I am leaving tomorrow morning after work. I am going to post my workouts I did this week and will try to make time for another post ..but don’t hold me to it, as I have tons to finish around the house before I leave. Hopefully this coming week, I will have more fun fitness/health topics and workouts as well for all of you. With this all being said, I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend and i will see you soon! ❤

Hello! College graduate in exercise science and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. My blog has all kinds of fun topics, something for everyone who is anyone that involves themselves with fitness. I like to think of fitness as a confidence booster, something to make us feel good and look good & pushes us to do things that make us feel more productive, unstoppable and stronger mentally and physically. My blog focuses on building people, and helping people see their true potential, while also sharing my journey with workouts, competing with powerlifting, and sharing how to's on workouts, so you step inside the gym with more knowledge. I don't know everything but I am on a voyage to build my character, my strength and work on my weaknesses --- with awesome people in my corner who support me and my goals. I plan on being your cheerleader, friend, coach and trainer all-in-one and most of all, I want to be your listener, the person who can listen and gain more knowledge about you and learn what makes fitness important to you; what's your why! (Your why will carry you to the finish line). It's important to have purpose for something, because you will need that purpose when you start to give up on yourself or want to quit. "Don't let the fire that guides you, dim" - Shay-lon Besides the fitness stuff, I reside in Ohio, love dogs and love pizza. Typical 26 year old trying to build an empire that brings out the best in others and makes me the best person I can be in all aspects in my life. Before I die, I want a reason to live, and I was given that reason each day I am able to wake up --- I have learned to not take life for granted and to explore as much as possible because to live with zero regrets would be fantastic! "I've conquered many things, but I still have much to learn about life, because nobody can know everything. & every battle is different" - Shay-lon

      1. You’re welcome Shay-lon! I saw your Instagram posts about it and it seems like you guys had an awesome time! Haha you’re so lucky it’s summer there! It’s kind of cold here but I actually don’t mind it!

      2. Yes, I had noticed you have been keeping up with my Instagram photos, thank you 🙂 we appreciate it your likes and comments. We are very lucky it is warm here, although during the weekend it has been extremely hot weather, we were sweating practically the whole time – I cannot complain too much because I don’t like cold weather but we took full advantage of the breeze that was streaming through every once in a while.

      3. Yeah I heard the heat gets pretty extreme there! Plus you guys are probably not used to the heat since you have winter and fall but in Kenya it rarely gets very cold so we are used to the heat and can handle it! Plus it’s usually windy which is good!

      4. Yeah the breeze helps but your skin definitely feels the aftermath! I turned an entirely different shade when I came back from Mt. Kenya!
We don’t really have any special ways to stay cool apart from eating lots of ice cream and complaining about the heat!!
