Day 6

What makes you sad?

  • Some of the things that can make me sad:
  1. When I am feeding off someone else who is sad or has negative energy
  2. When I hear and see on the news of crimes against innocent children
  3. Death 
  4. When someone is rude/mean to me for no apparent reason (this probably makes me mad more than anything)
  5. When I am feeling overwhelmed or anxiety 
  6. When I am listening to sad music in an emotional state
  7. My depressive moods
  8. When things don’t seem to be going my way & I feel as though there is nothing I can do about it
  9. Being scared pending the situation
  10. When I fail at something important to me
The things listed (not all of them trigger my sadness) many times it depends on the circumstances and environment I am in  that could cause these answers to make me feel sadness. At some point, one or more of these things listed have caused sadness but doesn’t mean they always cause me sadness/grief.

(Your why will carry you to the finish line). It's important to have purpose for something, because you will need that purpose when you start to give up on yourself or want to quit. Typical 26 year old trying to build an empire that brings out the best in others and makes me the best person I can be in all aspects in my life. Before I die, I want a reason to live, and I was given that reason each day I am able to wake up --- I have learned to not take life for granted and to explore as much as possible because to live with zero regrets would be fantastic!
