In this video, I explain some changes and discuss how YouTube is not TOP priority in my life because I have other obligations and expectations that I want to fulfill in my life at the moment that are more important. I created this video in hopes it would explain what to expect from me and how I plan on going about things from this day forward so no one feels abandoned.

I am going to be gone all weekend, so I might be back Sunday night or Monday Morning, just saying that I won’t be blogging this weekend (which is technically normal) and I apologize I have been away for three days. I have tons of packing to do tonight because I am leaving tomorrow morning after work. I am going to post my workouts I did this week and will try to make time for another post ..but don’t hold me to it, as I have tons to finish around the house before I leave. Hopefully this coming week, I will have more fun fitness/health topics and workouts as well for all of you. With this all being said, I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend and i will see you soon! ❤

Today’s post is a bit different, I wanted to do something fun and also something new. I hooked up with another blogger (whom has done a guest post for me in previous months) and came to her asking if she would be interested in doing something like this, where we each ask each other 5-10 questions about each other’s country and/or state and have that person answer them. Hopefully all of you will enjoy this little activity I came up with. The African Lion, Cheetah, Zebra, Black Rhinos and the African Elephant. We need to take much better care of our animals and it’s very sad to see how much the wildlife in this country has declined in just the last few years. We have something called Madaraka day on June 1st which celebrates the heroes who for fought for independence and is the day Kenya attained internal self rule in 1964.
Well if you’re an extrovert there are plenty of clubs, bars and restaurants where you can hang out and have fun in the cities. If you prefer the nature there are lots of animal parks and orphanages, safaris, and other fun places to visit.
There are about 42 tribes in Kenya each of whom speak their own language and there are some tribes that speak more than one language so there are a lot of languages that are spoken in Kenya however most people speak Swahili and English.
The most popular religions are Christianity, Islam and Hinduism however there are other religions in Kenya too.
Depending on what you do for a living and your level of education finding a good job in Kenya can be either very easy or incredibly difficult. If you do something like accounting or medicine it is probably easier for you to get a job whereas if you do something in Arts like History or Literature there are not as many job opportunities.

Well, well, well.. here we are again.. with another TAG! I don’t know about the rest of you bloggers but I have noticed these tags are starting to take over the wordpress world and I don’t know how any us will survive if they start controlling our brains and making us type out many words and many numbers. Rumor has it, the awards have been jealous of the tags and I don’t blame them.. they are slowly being pushed to the side and forgotten about. I won’t let those awards go unnoticed, if no one has told you awards, I love you 🙂 lol
That was a just a small amount of mediocre comedy, don’t judge me, it was the best I could do on a Saturday. If you are judging me, you probably ended up laughing anyways and if you didn’t laugh, well.. this kind of comedy wasn’t for you 🙂 Thank you PoojaG for making me spend my weekends doing another post (I was going to share my workout today, but since she wants me working overtime on this wordpress with these tags, pft I might not) LOL. I wanted to make a fun announcement by sharing with all of you, that I made it to 800 followers & my subscriber list has increased as well. I am so excited, this means a lot to me – not necessarily the number itself, but the reasoning behind this number. For some reason I have been cool enough to gain followers who love engaging with me and showing maximum support on my blog, YouTube channel and other social media outlets. Not only is this number representing the amount of readers I have, but it stands for how many people actually enjoy my blog (hopefully this is why you followed me) this means a lot to me, because it is hard to make content and make it daily like myself.. topics sometimes can get dry and may seem semi repetitive at times and being a fitness/health blogger among other bloggers who write about the same things can make it harder for me to “stand out” among the busy crowd.
If you would have asked me last month if I had seen myself hitting 800 this month, I would have told you “no” because of the fact I thought I had not produced as good of content as I normally would have, and I knew faithful followers would probably not enjoy that aspect, but luckily for me, I kept all of your attention and have amazing people following me, who are patient and very supportive of everything that goes on in my life that I share with all of you. It is really hard to get a good following for myself because I have to cater to not only fitness/health readers but people outside of my niche who would be interested in reading my post and sometimes that makes things more challenging because I want everyone to feel welcomed on my page all the time and I want those of you who don’t workout or eat “clean”, to not feel like my blog is catering to only one kind of person or demographic – in all honesty it caters to a whole rage of people for different reasons. While I do keep on the topics of fitness/health and try to expand into mental health, personal experiences, stories, etc. I don’t always hit my mark with everyone, but I do always try to engage everyone; especially when you first follow me, I want to know what you are about and by learning that, I can somewhat help myself by making post that might catch your attention. This is work in progress, but everyday I challenge myself and my writing ability in order to make all of you want to keep reading what I have to say.
It has been a great blessing to have all of you, and to have spoken to a lot of you during my writing career as well, many of you have been a great help, turned into friendships, and have been very blog positive on my page – Thank you greatly. Like I said, I don’t always hit my mark with everyone who passes by, but I really try to make some of my blog post fun and engaging so that other people outside of this field or niche will not feel intimidated or feel like they can’t relate because health is important to everyone, it is part of you and it is important that you realize this- so that you never take advantage of it or do minimal damage to it. I honestly thank all of you and sorry for the long post, but each time I get 100 more followers, I feel the need to do a grammy award speech (these won’t be going away) lol.
