365 Days of Self Discovery: Your Past

Day 31

What was your favorite family vacation?

  • There is one vacation I remember vaguely. The trip to Maumee Bay and staying in cabins. My family doesn’t take very many vacations, so when it comes to traveling and visiting new places, most of the time, it was on my own.

Day 66

What is your biggest fear? Why do you think you are afraid?

  • My biggest fear(s) are being alone for the rest of my life (dying alone), dying in a traumatic way (car accident, murder, etc). never amounting to something and being at a constant standstill in my life (no investment in buying a house/condo, living paycheck to paycheck, having to work two jobs, not being able to afford traveling, no sense of self growth or accomplishment.
I assume most people have a fear of something, no matter how big or small. What are your biggest fears — and why?

Day 16

If you ran away, where would you go?

  • Funny thing is, I have given this question much thought in the past. I have decided I would choose someplace that nobody knows me, it would be almost like starting over & I would want someplace that gives me a sense of adventure and with diversity. Hopefully if I ran away, it would eventually lead me someplace I could call home or at least feel at ease about.
Has this ever crossed your mind, where would you want to go if you ran away?

365 Days of self discovery: Day 111

12.22.18

What do you need to make more time for?

  • Myself. Taking myself places (vacationing, traveling, spas, day trips, weekend trips, etc) spending time doing things I enjoy doing and getting away from the mundane life that I live in & taking more time on myself, doing things for me that I haven’t done or don’t do often enough. The “me” time I need is the kind that allows me to relax mentally — not feel so rushed or in a hurry constantly.
  • I want more time to build my “empire” , build my business and develop my career. I need to take time to do this and make it a priority if I want to be successful and want to reap the rewards of my hard work. It’s something I want to do and something I need to do if I want to further myself in my profession.
What do you guys need to make more time for?

365 Days of Self Discovery: Day 70

11.11.18

When was the last time you did something spontaneous and how did it make you feel?

  • It has been a couple of years back & at the time it made be both nervous and excited. It involved traveling, staying in a hotel and venturing a big city on my own for a whole weekend. My reason was because I wanted to test myself and anxiety and do something on my own to help pull me out of my comfort level. Since then, I haven’t done anything that I would render spontaneous but there have been times I have wanted to, and there will be a time I do something like this again, I am sure of it.

How many of you have ever done something spontaneous, when was the last time, is this something you make a habit for yourself? Express your feelings in the comments, and don’t forget to follow, share and like!

What are your priorities?

  1. My business — building the foundation and growing it.
  2. eliminating any debt from my life
  3. saving enough money to move next year
  4. Having a 401k for retirement
  5. my blog (s) — having them become a form of monetize so I can make them a side paying profession
  6. my health/well-being as I grow older
  7. becoming a well-established personal trainer
  8. CeCs for my certification
  9. following my path to becoming a powerlifter because of my love for the sport
  10. My brand, branding myself a name that people will remember and think positively about
  11. Becoming a motivational speaker on the basis of health/fitness so I can spread the importance
  12. Living a full-filling lifestyle that allows me to travel and work in a profession (s) that I love and live comfortably doing so.

What are your priorities, no matter how big or small. I think having a list of things that you are dedicated to makes you a goal-oriented and focused person.
